Purpose

The main purpose of this module is to enable the administrator to manage the Units for the products that the customer can purchase from the eShop application(both from mobile and web).

Navigation Path

Path: Product Management> Units

Listing Screen

View list of the units for the Products that were previously added by the Administrator. Admin will have an option to add, update, and activate/deactivate the units. Admin will be able to search the units using the filter option this is provided on the list.

Add New Unit: To add a new unit for the Products, click on the below button

Add/Edit Unit

  • User will be able to Add/Update the units from this pop-up
  • The user needs to fill the unit information to add/edit the product units in the system.

Fields available in the Add/Edit Unit Form

  1. Unit Name (Required): Enter the Unit name for the products in the input text.
  2. Unit Code (Required): Enter the unique code for the unit in the input text.
  3. Decimal Qty (Required): Choose the decimal quantity that is applicable for the product (or) not. For example, if the Unit is kgs and decimal quantity is “Yes”, then the customers can purchase the product having this unit kg in terms of 1.5 kgs.
  4. Status (Required): Select the status of the unit.
  • Admin can save the unit by submitting the pop-up or can discard the unit.
  • On Submission, the unit will be listed on the units listing page.

Activate and Deactivate Units

  • Admin will have the option to Activate and Deactivate Product units from the list.
  • Admin needs to select the units from the listing and can activate or de-activate the units.
