Retail Stations

Purpose

The main purpose of this module is to enable the administrator to view a list of retail stations where the customers can redeem their product vouchers based on product availability and the state of the customer. The retail station’s data is fetched from the portal system.

Listing Screen

View a list of the retail stations where the customers can redeem their product vouchers based on product availability and the state of the customer. Admin will be able to search the retail station using the filter option this is provided on the list.

Fields available in the Retail Stations listing

• Site Name: Represents the Name of the retails station/shop. On click, the user will be able to view the summary of the particular site. As shown in below

1. The Summary tab provides a summary of the retail station. It contains the details of the site name, address, dealer type, and status, etc., The map on the left side of the page displays the location of the site.
2. Product Price List: The product price listing section of the summary tab, provides the list of the product prices that are configured for the retail station. Users will be able to see the price that the customer has to pay for purchasing the products from this retail station.
3. Pump Attendant: On clicking the pump attendant tab, the user will able to view the details of the retail station pump attendant where the customers have redeemed their vouchers and the count of vouchers redeemed by the customer at this particular pump attendant. the sale section displayed a number of sales done by the pump attendant.
4. Top-Up Cards: On click, provides the information of the top-up cards issued by the retail station along with details of the card number, the customer who won the card, the amount contains in the top-up card, issued pump attendant, and the issued date.
5. Product Stock: Provides information about the product stock availability in the retail station.
6. Product Sales: Provides information about product sales on the retail stations. For example, if the customer has redeemed 5L of Diesel on this retails station, then the diesel sale details will be displayed here.
7. Vouchers: Provides information about the vouchers redeemed on this retail station.
8. Cashback: Provides information about the cashback operations performed on the particular retail station.
9. Station Payments: Provides information, about the station’s payments performed by the customer by scanning the particular station QR code.
