Product Vouchers

Purposes

The main purpose of this module is to enable the administrator to view the details of the product vouchers purchased by the customers on their eShop accounts.

Navigation Path

Path: Voucher Management > Product Vouchers

Listing Screen

View List of the vouchers purchased by the customers on their eShop account. Admin will be able to view the details of the customer who has placed the order for the voucher and the details of the order placed by the customers. Admin will be able to search the admin’s data using the filter option this is provided on the list.

1. Voucher Order Code: Represents the order code of the voucher purchased by the customer on their eShop account. On click, the admin will be able to view the voucher details.
2. Buyer Name: Represents the name of the customer who has purchased the voucher. On click, the admin will be able to the customer details.
3. Retail Station: Reprewsenys the name of the retail station where the customer has redeemed the voucher. On click, the admin will be able to view the retail station details.
4. Action: From here admin will be able to view the details of the voucher contained products, the person with whom the voucher has shared, and the attachments that are added while redeeming the voucher.

Buttons available under the action field

View the Voucher Products details: On clicking, the above button product listing pop-up will be displayed. Admin will be able to view the details of the voucher contained products.

View Shared Users: On clicking, the above button Shared Users pop-up will be displayed. Admin will be able to view the details of the users with whom the vouchers have shared.

View Voucher Attachments: On clicking, the above button Voucher Attachments pop-up will be displayed. Admin will be able to view the attachments added the customers while redeeming the voucher. Admin will be able to download the attachments from the attachment section on the pop-up.
