Flexi Topup Card

Purpose

The main purpose of this module is to enable the administrator to view and manage the Flexi Topup Cards on the system. By Scanning the QR code on the top-up card at the retail stations, customers will be able to add amount their cards. After that filling up the QR code, customer can use to anyone’s account.

Navigation Path

Path: Product Management> Flexi Topup Card

Listing Screen

View List of the Flexi top-up cards that previously added by the admin. Admin will be able to add and update the top-up cards in the listing. Admin will be able to search the flexi top-up cards using the filter option this is provided on the list.

Add Flexi Top-up Card: To add a new flexi top-up card, click on the below button

Add/Edit Fixed Topup Card

• User will be able to Add/Update the Flexi top-up cards from this page
• User needs to fill the top-up card information to add/edit the cards in the system.

Fields available in the Add/Edit Flexi Topup Card Pop-up

1. Batch Prefix (Required): Enter the display prefix for the batch code.
2. Quantity (Required): Specify the number of top-up codes generated for this batch.

• Admin can save the Flexi top-up card by submitting the form or can discard the top-up card.
• On Submission, the Batch code will be listed in the Flexi Topup Card listing.

Print Top Up Cards

• Admin will have the option to take a print of the top-up cards.
• Admin needs to select the top-up cards from the listing for taking the print.
