Purpose

The main purpose of this module is to enable the administrator to view and manage the cancellation reasons, that the customer needs to select while canceling their product vouchers on the cancel voucher page of their eShop account.

Navigation Path

Path: Voucher Management> Cancellation Reason

Listing Screen

View List of the Cancellation Reasons that are previously added by the admin. Admin will be able to add and update the cancellation reasons on the system. Admin will be able to search the reasons using the filter option this is provided on the list.

  1. Add New : To add a new cancellation reason, click on the below button

Add/Edit Cancellation Reason

  • User will be able to Add/Update the Cancellation Reason from this page
  • The user needs to fill the Cancellation Reason information to add/edit the reason in the system.
  1. Cancellation Code (Required): Enter a unique cancellation code.
  2. Reason Name (Required): Specify the reason name for the canceling of the voucher.
  3. Sort Order (Required): Provide the sorting order for the cancellation reason.
  4. Status (Required): Select the status of the cancellation reason.

Before Submission, the admin will have the option for adding one more cancellation reason by clicking on the “Next”, by selecting the “List” user will go to the listing or by selecting “Stay” user will stay on the same Add cancellation reason page.

  • Users can save the cancellation reason by submitting the form or can discard the reason.
  • On Submission, the cancellation reason will be listed on the cancellation reason page.
