Purpose

The main purpose of this module is to enable the administrator to view the business inquires, added by the customers those who want to contact the admin for inquiry purposes from the eShop application.

Navigation Path

Path: Feedback & Inquiries> Business Inquiries

Listing Screen

View List of the business inquiries added by the customers who want to contact the admin for their queries on the eShop application. Admin will be able to search the data using the filter option this is provided on the list.

  1. Inquiry Code: Inquiry code for the inquiry that has added by the customer.
  2. Name: Name that has specified by the customer on the contact us form while adding the inquiry.
  3. Email: Email that has specified by the customer who has added the inquiry on the contact us form.
  4. Contact Number: Contact number that has added by the customer while adding the inquiry.
  5. Purpose Name: The purpose added by the customer to contact the admin.
  6. Message: Message specified by the customer for the query.
  7. Inquiry On: Inquiry added to date.
  8. Action: From here admin will be able to view the attachments added by the customer for the inquiry. On clicking the email button provided, below pop-up will be displayed, the admin will be able to send an email to the customer as the reply.
  • Subject: Enter the subject of the Email.
  • Attachments: If the user wants to add attachments for the email, attachments can be selected from the drop files or they can be uploaded by clicking on the “+” (add new option). On clicking on the provided “Eye” Icon, the user will be able to view the selected attachments.
  • Message (Required): Write the message that the admin wants to convey to the customer by this email who had added the inquiry
  • Close option: For closing the pop-up, click on the “X” icon available on the top right.
