Reward Transactions

Purpose

The main purpose of this module is to enable the user to view and manage the reward transactions that are performed on the eShop accounts of both corporate and individual customers of the system.

Navigation Path

Path: Financial Management> Reward Transactions

Listing Screen

View List of all the reward transactions that are performed on the eShop accounts of both corporate and individual customers of the system. Users will be able to credit/debit the reward points to the customer’s accounts. Users will be able to search the customer’s reward transactions using the filter option this is provided on the list. On clicking the Customer name, the user will be able to view the particular customer details.
