Purpose

The main purpose of this module is to enable the administrator to view and manage settings on the system. The no.of days limit for returning the redeemed voucher products and the dormant customers will be configured here by the admin.

Navigation Path

Path: Product Management> eFuel Settings

Update Settings

  1. Voucher: Admin will be able to change the return voucher product days limit. For example, if the admin specified “8” in the input text of Return voucher product days. Then customers will be able to return the products that they have redeemed within the 8 days of the redemption date.
  2. General: Admin will be able to change the limit for the Dormant customers in the system. For example, if the admin sets a limit of “10” days. Then the customers who have not to perform any action on the eShop platform from the last 10 days will come under the dormant customer’s category.
