Operational Locations

Purpose

The main purpose of this module is to enable the administrator to view and manage the operation locations in the system. From here admin will be able to manage the locations of the retail station were the customers will be able to purchase/redeem their product vouchers.

Navigation Path

Path: eFuel Configurations> Operational Locations

Listing Screen

View list of the operational locations that are previously added by the admin. Admin will able to add and update the operational locations. Admin will be able to search the operational locations using the filter option this is provided on the list.

Add Operational Locations: To add a new operational location, click on the below button

Add/Edit Operational Locations

• User will be able to Add/Update the operational locations from this page
• The user needs to fill the location information to add/edit the operational location in the system.

Fields available in the Add/Edit Operational Locations Page

1. State: Select the retail station operational state from the states drop-down. Based on the selected state, retails stations available in that state will be provided under the retail stations drop-down.
2. Retail Stations (Required): Select the retail station from the drop-down. Based on the selected state, retail stations will be fetched from the portal system.
3. Status: Set the status for the operational location in the system.

Before Submission, the admin will have the option to go to “Next” Page to add a new operational location, go to “listing” or “Stay” on the same Add operational location page.

• Admin can save the operational location by submitting the form or can discard the location.
• On Submission, the operational location will be listed in the Operational locations listing.
